This Online Instructor-Led Course is Part 2 of obtaining your FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food Certificate.

It reviews the material from The Part 1: Online content and applies the knowledge gained through multiple exercises, to help develop a Food Safety Plan.

Do you need to take both Part 1 AND Part 2?

IFPTI offers a BUNDLED option to provide an alternative way for individuals like yourself to complete the FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food Course, virtually!

The bundled package includes access to the Part 1 Course Modules and Part 2 which will take place in a virtual classroom led by an FSPCA Lead Instructor.
