Over 700 Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCHF) Lead Instructors have received their Version 2.0 Refresher certificates.
PCHF V1.2 Lead Instructors have until 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟯𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, to complete the Version 2.0 refresher. This training updates you on hazard analysis and risk-based preventive controls, so you can teach participants the latest FDA food safety guidelines.
