World Conference on Food Science and Technology

The Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) is conducting a workshop this week at the World Conference on Food Science and Technology in London, UK. Representing FSPCA is Jerry Wojtala (Executive Director of IFPTI), Dr. Tania Martinez(President of Demos Global Group), and Dr. Brian Schaneberg (Executive Director of the Institute for Food Safety and Health at Illinois Tech). The workshop is on FSMA’s Global Influence on Food Safety and covers practical applications of the Preventive Controls regulations in the global context.
