This course is an online way  to meet the new FSMA PCQI requirement for your FDA-registered food facility. You will learn the principles for developing a Food Safety Plan through a robust Hazard Analysis and development of Preventive Controls and its management components. This material and curriculum are recognized by the FDA. Furthermore, additional topics and the FDA Hazard Analysis and Preventive Controls Guidance will be covered.
