Seafood HACCP Training for Egypt Inspectors

IFPTI instructors Cathy Martin and Carolina Schaffer delivered the Seafood HACCP Alliance course to Egypt's National Food Safety Authority (NFSA) inspectors. This course will prove to be of high value due to Egypt’s rank as number one in fish farming in Africa and eighth globally. At the end of the course two FDA subject matter experts from CFSAN along with the instructors conducted a Q&A session for NFSA seafood inspectors.
