“Participating in the Fellowship program provided me with an opportunity to learn from veteran professionals in food safety while cultivating new working relationships with like-minded colleagues across the nation. It’s enabled me to make changes locally, as well as participate in effecting change for broader stakeholder groups, too. I recommend the program to everyone!” - Kristin Shaw
