βThe Fellowship was a great opportunity in which I learned a tremendous amount of information, opened up my horizons to the broad food safety world, and created a bond and network with professionals from around the United States. I recommend the Fellowship to staff every time a new Cohort invitation occurs!β - Lucus Pols
