Human Food V2.0 Curriculum Rollout

IFPTI Executive Director Gerald Wojtala presented at the FSPCA annual conference near Chicago. Jerry presented the implementation plan for the new version of the FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food curriculum. FSPCA currently supports over 3,000 Lead Instructors in 80 countries.
