Room to Zoom: Are you puzzled with how to take traditional face-to-face training and convert it into a Live Online experience?

IFPTI’s Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Team is currently transforming traditional FDA face-to-face content into Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT).

Our Content Transformation Process is not simply converting current PowerPoint slides into a virtual platform. The Content Transformation Process encompasses:

  • breaking down content into manageable chunks,

  • identifying lecture-based content for pre-course review, so learners are prepared to apply and collaborate in the Live Online classroom,

  • incorporating technology for maximum engagement, and

  • deciding what content will fit into the time available … no more than 6 hours per day for virtual learning.
