FSPCA Delivers Human Food LI Course

FSPCA Trainers-of-Trainers Kathy Gombas, Katherine Simon, and Edith Wilkin conducted a Human Food Lead Instructor course with IFPTI’s Lynne Hoehle providing production management. There are now 2,244 Human Food Lead Instructors in 79 countries, with 132,432 certificates being issued worldwide.
