Development of Active Managerial Control Course with AFDO

IFPTI is collaborating with AFDO on a virtual instructor-led (vILT) course on Active Managerial Control. The intended audience for the course will be retail food service professionals, managers, owners and operators. During the first week of August, IFPTI and AFDO convened an in-person workshop with ten subject matter experts representing the retail food industry and state regulatory agencies. During the meeting, the group built out a course “blueprint”, against which course content will be created over the coming months.
