IFPTI delivers Seafood HACCP in Egypt

IFPTI instructors Deb DeVlieger and Claudia Coles facilitated an in-person delivery of the Seafood HACCP course to a group of Egypt food inspectors. It was a week-long course and included a tour of a seafood processing plant. This course was part of an ongoing collaboration between IFPTI and Land O’ Lakes International Venture 37.

The Seafood HACCP Alliance curriculum, which is the standardized training recognized by the US-FDA, will provide NFSA inspectors with a solid foundation of knowledge to build inspectional skills.
