Fellows Complete Week 2 in Orlando

Fellows in Cohort XI of Fellowship in Food Protection continued their leadership development journey by traveling to Orlando for Week 2 of the in-person program. This week focused on the skills and competencies needed to manage programs and people while building an integrated food safety system. Fellows had the opportunity to develop an organizational structure, negotiate policy with stakeholders, and even testify in court. They also presented the current status of their research projects, which will be shared at the AFDO Annual Meeting in June.
