Catching up with Nicholas Alviani

Nicholas Alviani was a member of Cohort IX. At that time, Nicholas Alviani was a Registered Environmental Health Specialist in Lane County, Oregon.

Since completing the Fellowship, Nicholas Alviani has presented his research project, titled Functionality of Environmental Health and Incident Command System in Oregon, at the 2021 Oregon Public Health Association Conference and the 2021 Western Association of Food and Drug Officials Virtual Educational Conference.

Currently, Nicholas is continuing his work as an REHS in Lane County, where he regulates and provides support for public water systems, conducts inspections of food, pool, and lodging facilities, responds to outbreaks, leads investigations, and assists with vector reporting and monitoring activities.
