Food Traceability Rule Training Course

IFPTI Instructional Designer, Jake Patterson, participated in the FSPCA Food Traceability curriculum pilot at the FDA White Oak campus in Silver Spring, MD last week. FDA and FSPCA have teamed up to develop this core training curriculum for the food industry, which is expected to be available by mid-2025.
