Nebraska and New Mexico Specialty Crop Personnel
The Nebraska and New Mexico Departments of Agriculture are providing funding to enroll specialty crop personnel into a Listeria Control online certificate program. Funding was made possible through the USDA Specialty Crop Block Grant program.
We are looking for specialty crop personnel in Nebraska and New Mexico to enroll in the online program at no cost. Those who complete the training – which is available in either English or Spanish - will be formally recognized as the “go to” person for helping control Listeria within their facilities.
The Listeria program comprises five distinct online courses all of which feature narrowly defined learning objectives, learner interactivities, links to supporting resources, and continuous knowledge check questions to help reinforce learning.

Upon successful completion of the five online courses, learners will receive a Listeria Control Specialist Certificate issued through IFPTI’s Learning Management System.
