Instructor Skills Training Goes Live Online!

Working with the FDA, IFPTI has transformed the Instructor Skills Training (IST) course from a face-to-face format to a Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT).

Two initial deliveries were held in April and May for FDA and invited guests. including participants from AFDO, APHL, and NEHA. IFPTI has scheduled 5 more IST courses for the FDA.

The IST gives participants the chance to improve their instructor skills through interactive web-based training.  The course focuses on the instructor skills needed for instruction regardless of modality. The course is delivered over 3.5 days, with no more than 6 hours of instruction per day.
