Listeria Control Certificate Program AT NO COST TO NEBRASKA SPECIALTY CROP PERSONNEL

The Nebraska Department of Agriculture is providing funding to IFPTI to enroll specialty crop personnel into a Listeria Control online certificate program. Funding was made possible through the USDA Specialty Crop Block Grant program.

Those who complete the training – which is available in both English and Spanish - will be formally recognized as the “go to” person for helping control Listeria within their facilities.

The online program covers:

Upon successful completion of the five online courses, learners will receive a Listeria Control Specialist Certificate issued through IFPTI’s Learning Management System.

If you work with specialty crops and are interested in becoming a Listeria Control Specialist in Nebraska, please email Chris Weiss / chris.weiss@ifpti.org.
