Courtney Mickiewicz was a member of Cohort II of the Fellowship. At that time, Courtney was a Food Safety Specialist.

After completing the Fellowship, Courtney was promoted to her current position of Tidewater Regional Manager, Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Office of Dairy & Foods, Food Safety Program.

Courtney served on Council at the Conference for Food Protection in 2014, 2016, and 2018; has served as the Chair of the AFDO Seafood Committee and Chair of the Seafood HACCP Alliance Executive Committee; and served as the President of AFDOSS from 2015-2016.
