IFPTI mourns the passing of IFPTI Instructor Jim Sevchik on November 12th

Jim was a founding developer, instructor, and mentor for IFPTI’s Fellowship for Food Protection program. As a beloved mentor, he played a significant role in the development of many current and future food protection leaders.

Jim spent most of his career with the New York Department of Agriculture & Markets in the Buffalo/Albany area and was President of the Association of Food and Drug Officials.
