Participants will be able to recognize the role of product tracing in human and animal food safety programs.

Topics in this course include Foundations, Making the Case for Initiating Product Tracing, Supply Chain, and Product Tracing Process.

Transportation

Participants will be able to describe how transportation affects human and animal food safety.

Topics in this course include Foundations, Transportation Methods, Inspections, Security, and Product Safety.
